Psy.D, LMHC

Hello, I'm Mona, a therapist who specializes in individual therapy and psychological assessment.

As Oscar Wilde once said, "Ultimately the bond of all companionship, whether in marriage or in friendship, is conversation."

I firmly believe in the power of relationships, and that everyone has the potential to cultivate healthy, fulfilling connections with others.

I know that many of us have experienced setbacks and disappointments in our lives, but I have faith that with the right support, anyone can fulfill their potential and become the person they want to be.

That's why I'm committed to being a part of my clients' journey toward success and happiness.

In addition to therapy, I also provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to help clients better understand their unique strengths and challenges, diagnose any conditions that may be affecting their wellbeing, and guide their treatment or special education eligibility.

I'm fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and I provide online counseling exclusively through Telehealth.

If you're looking for individual therapy or a psychological evaluation, please feel free to give me a call, send me an email, or fill out the form on my website.

I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey.

Jennifer
Jennifer Bellissimo
Psy. D., Licensed Psychologist

I am Jennifer Bellissimo, Psy.D. As a psychologist, I look forward to exploring how children and adolescents consume information, perceive the world, and apply it all in daily activities. Serving ages 6 – 22, testing and assessment creates opportunities to identify strengths, to develop strategies to support challenges, and to develop a deeper understanding of who one is in this world. Diagnostic clarification is only part of an assessment, often used to describe the reasons behind certain behaviors. A diagnosis does not define who one is. I love educating individuals and families so that their understanding of functioning can empower them to speak up, advocate, and access resources for success.
In the therapeutic setting, I employ the same outlook. My experiences working in the criminal justice system, in homes and communities, and in a therapeutic day school contribute extensively to my conceptualization of problems. Areas of expertise include but not limited to ODD, ADHD, Attachment problems, and Personality disorders. Together we will examine your experiences and reflect on thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Using drawing, coloring, writing, music, movement, exercise, or talking, I tailor my Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral approaches to where you’re at while capitalizing on established interests or new possibilities. I will invite you to step back with me and broaden your perspective so we can collaborate and identify healthy responses to positively increase tolerance, overall wellness, functioning, and healing.

Please call or email the office and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

I believe it takes courage to accept and address one's mental health needs. It is for this matter that I provide the necessary guidance and support for individuals to develop coping skills and tools that will help address the problems impacting their lives in a non-judgemental environment.
I’m bilingual in Spanish-English and I have been working in the mental health field for the past 6 years. In this journey, I have enjoyed working with a wide range of individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, crisis intervention, substance abuse, trauma, and multicultural issues. I incorporate an eclectic approach to therapy using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-Based, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered therapy. This will create an individualized treatment plan with a holistic perspective.

I value diversity and I operate by principles such as empathy, inclusion, and compassion. I believe these principles are the foundation to establish a good rapport and therapeutic alliance to reach your therapy goals.

Jessica Mangan
LABA

My name is Jessica Mangan and I am a Licensed Assistant Behavioral Analyst (LABA). Before I tell you what it is that I do in my work, I would like to tell you about me. I am a music fanatic, love trying new foods, a proud member of the LGBTQ community, and a Girl Scout Leader for the last few years. Growing up, I was placed on an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) up until high school due to a visual disability. If it were not for the amazing therapists that worked with me along the way, I would not be where I am today.

My experience is in the public school setting, as well as some experience in the home setting. My areas of expertise include Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), ADHD, ODD, and general behavioral issues. As a LABA, I will work with you on targeting specific behaviors that we want to either increase or decrease and create an effective intervention plan to maintain this behavior change over time. Depending on each individual client’s needs, I can provide a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), general observation and data collection, and Social Skill Activities and Programs. A LABA is different from a psychologist, and this is important to understand before considering what type of therapy is best for you or your child. I encourage you to reach out to me at your convenience, so we can start working together!

I am only available for Telehealth via (online therapy). Please call me for individual and family therapy or fill up the form and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Lynnette
Lynnette Littles
LCSW

Greetings, my name is Lynnette Littles, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After working in healthcare for more than 20 years, I obtained a Master's in Social Work, with a Concentration in Urban Leadership from Simmons College in 2009. As an African-American Christian Therapist, I have a heart to help people to overcome challenges, struggles, and conflicts that are preventing them from being their full authentic selves. In college, I was exposed to the injustices within the criminal justice system including the barriers of having a criminal record. Since graduating, I have had the opportunity to work as a Clinical Social Worker in various aspects of the criminal legal system. I work from a Strength-Based Therapy perspective helping people to see themselves as they want to be while meeting them where they are at. I also include Faith-Based Techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to promote a change in thinking. It is important to look at how one's upbringing has impacted the way one views the world and themselves. My mantra is “I am here to help you to help yourself.” I will walk through the journey with you until you are strong enough to walk alone. I enjoy working with adults with major mental illness, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. I also enjoy working with couples. I look forward to helping you through your journey of healing and purpose.

I am only available for services via Telehealth (online therapy). Please call, email, or fill out the form, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Esraa
Esraa Amira
MA

My name is Esraa, and I am a Forensic mental health clinician. I believe that who we are today is strongly influenced by how the world once treated us. I emphasize understanding how past childhood experiences have the ability to impact present functioning. Before finding solutions, I first believe one must come to understand where issues originally stemmed from. This increases interpersonal awareness and sets the stage for working on more concrete and maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. As a clinician of color, and with in depth experience with systems such as foster care, and the legal system, I believe more than anything that the most important part of therapy is finding the right therapist. Building an alliance with your helper in a non-judgmental, empathic and safe environment is the foundation in which healing can then occur. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and their families who have had foster care involvement, and over 5 years of clinical experience working with complex trauma, personalty disorders, psychotic symptoms, and speciality topics such as victims of domestic violence, substance use, childhood abuse/neglect, problematic sexual behaviors, and other forensic/legal concerns. I look forward to helping you walk down your own personalized path to a happier life.

I am only available for services via Telehealth (online therapy). Please call, email, or fill out the form, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
